Lee M. Rogers Attorney

Mr. Rogers joined Atwood Malone after graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1983. His litigation practice is focused on medical malpractice defense, general insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith, and governmental liability defense. Mr. Rogers served on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association for 10 years, and was its President in 2001. He was the New Mexico State Representative for DRI from 2002-2005. He has been recognized in Southwest Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. The New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association recognized Mr. Rogers as its Civil Defense Lawyer of the Year for 2016.
