My name is Rachel Gallagher. I grew up in Alma, Arkansas and went to Alma High School. During High School, I was a member of the Student Congress & Future Business Leaders of America My Mom was a nurse and my Dad was a railroad engineer for 20 years and now he’s production manager for a local Northwest Arkansas NBC affiliate. After High School, I enrolled at the University of Arkansas because I because I love Northwest Arkansas, the Razorbacks…. and wanted to be close to my family during college. After graduation from college, I took a position as a Psychology technician at Piney Ridge Center, a psychological residential treatment center for adolescent sexual offenders To further my education and get an advanced degree that emphasized analytical thinking, and that I could apply to a wide spectrum of opportunities and that would enable me to help others, I decided to enroll in Law School. And I choose the University of Arkansas for the exact same reasons I went there for my undergraduate degree. While at law school, After graduating from law school, I worked as a law clerk for the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office in the criminal department under Mike Beebe, who is now the Governor or Arkansas. It was a great experience working for the government, and learning appellate procedure. I then worked as a law clerk in Oklahoma before taking the NY Bar exam to gain practical experience with general practice work. After passing the Bar Exam, I joined this firm in 2008. I look forward to assisting you in any way I can.
