William M. Van Camp is a graduate of T. F. Riggs High School in Pierre, South Dakota. He obtained his BA in Political Science from the University of Nebraska/Lincoln. He earned a JD from the University of South Dakota/Vermillion in May of 1995 and has been a member of the State Bar of South Dakota since graduating from Law School.
