Tim Vitollo lives in North Charleston, South Carolina with his wife, Tara Edwards-Vitollo, and his two daughters, Hannah Grace (“Gracie”) Vitollo, age 3, and Savannah Joy Vitollo, age 1. Tim grew up in upstate New York and met his wife Tara, a native of North Charleston, in 2004 while they both were students at Liberty University in central Virginia. Tim was unable to resist the lowcountry’s weather, beautiful landscapes, sweet tea and southern charm, and Tara had no desire to live anywhere other than the lowcountry. Tim completed the coursework for his Juris Doctor degree as a visiting student at the University of South Carolina School of Law, and has practiced primarily in the areas of estate planning, tax, probate and real estate since he was first admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2007.
