Valarie Fujii

Valarie Fujii, Esq. is a native of Las Vegas. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1989, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. Deciding to further her education, she attended Whittier College School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in 1995. Thereafter, she attended the University of Sorbonne in Paris, France, studying Common Law. Since passing the bar in the State of Nevada, Valarie have amassed vast experience in civil litigation, having tried more than 70 jury trials for a major insurance company. She has appeared at every level of court in the state of Nevada, including the Nevada Supreme Court, Federal Court, District Court, Justice Court, Small Claims Court, and the newly formed Nevada Court of Appeals. She has tried numerous Family Court cases involving highly complex issues of divorce, child custody, alimony, business valuation, property, asset and debt issues. Valarie was also a criminal defense track litigator, doing fast track appeals and defending alleged juvenile delinquents, and currently is a Court-appointed attorney for those accused of abuse and neglect by Child Protective Services.
