Tyler has handled countless high-profile and landmark cases, including Durant v. State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co., 419 P.3d 400 (2018); Federal Way School Dist. No. 210 v. Vinson, 172 Wn.2d 756 (2011) and Bellevue John Does 1-11 v. Bellevue School Dist. #405,164 Wn.2d 199 (2008). Tyler also successfully prosecuted a case in which the largest award of sanctions in state history was affirmed on appeal in Roberson v. Perez, 123 Wn.App. 320 (2004).
