Todd W. Burris is the founder and principle attorney at the Law Office of Todd Burris, PLLC, helping people in Lexington and communities throughout Kentucky who have suffered personal injury or wrongful death due to the negligence or careless conduct of another. As a native Kentuckian, Todd Withers Burris grew up on a farm in Jessamine County until his family moved to Lexington when he was eight years old. He attended Henry Clay High School and later went on to earn his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kentucky. After graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Law in the top third of his class, Todd went to work as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office in Frankfort, where he gained invaluable experience as a trial attorney and negotiator.
