Thomas R. Davies Partner

Tom Davies partnered with the firm in 1987 to form Harmon & Davies, P.C. He concentrates his practice on the representation of employers in labor and employment related matters and in the area of construction law. Tom has experience representing both public and private clients before federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies, and before mediators and arbitrators in matters involving, among other things, organizational campaigns, employment discrimination claims, affirmative action, and construction claims. Tom regularly speaks on labor, employment and construction issues at seminars for personnel professionals, attorneys and business leaders. Prior to partnering with Rick Harmon to form Harmon & Davies, P.C. in 1987, Tom served as a Trial Attorney with the National Labor Relations Board in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. During his twelve years with the NLRB, Tom investigated more than a thousand unfair labor practice cases, conducted more than a hundred representation elections and tried many cases to successful conclusion.
