Originally from Virginia, Donald grew up in Elaine, Arkansas. After graduating from high school in Helena, Arkansas, Donald attended college at the University of Alabama where he majored in accounting and then Delta State University, whereby he obtained a degree in Business Management. As part of his extensive legal background, Donald is licensed to practice law in six states, Washington, D.C., multiple federal courts and is a member of both the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court Bar.
