Summer Walker is a Birmingham-based lawyer who is passionate about the law and providing her clients with excellent legal representation and service. After serving the low-income families of Alabama for seven years as a Managing Attorney for Legal Services Alabama, Summer decided to take the skills and knowledge she acquired while working in public service and apply them to the private sector. She established Summer G. Walker, PC with the goal of providing the residents of Alabama with a means to obtain the legal assistance they need, in a manner they can easily access. She understands the time and financial constraints families face. So rather than forcing clients to schedule an appointment to meet with her at her office at a time that is convenient for her, she utilizes technology to allow her clients to communicate with her at a time that is convenient for them and in a manner that is convenient for them. Even though she utilizes technology, Summer still meets with clients face-to-face whenever necessary or requested and is not just an "internet lawyer." She represents clients throughout the state of Alabama in various family law matters such as contested divorce, uncontested divorce, child custody & visitation, child support and juvenile dependency. She also represents clients in various probate and estate matters.
