Steve is married with two adult children. He was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in Eugene since 1975. He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Riverside. He earned his law degree from the University of Oregon in 1978. He founded the firm in 1981 and earned a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 1983.
