I earned my Juris Doctor, and graduated Cum Laude, from the Detroit College of Law. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University and my Associate of Applied Science degree from the Great Lakes Maritime Academy. I graduated from Cass Tech High School in 1979.
