Stephen A. Cooley Attorney

Mr. Cooley is an appellate attorney, licensed to practice law in both Michigan and California. He represents clients in appeals relating to: business transactions and commercial litigation, personal injury and workers’ compensation, criminal defense, real property disputes, probate, and family law. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Appellate Practice Section. Mr. Cooley holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida, a law degree from Michigan State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Oakland University. While in law school, Mr. Cooley earned the Jurisprudence Award for both Criminal Trial Advocacy and Advanced Legal Research.
