Shaine T. Alleman is member of the Land Use and Zoning practice group. Shaine has over 10 years of experience in real estate, zoning, land use, and governmental relations. He utilizes his broad interdisciplinary knowledge and experience in regional and urban planning to solve development and real estate challenges for his clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This includes providing solutions for all aspects of land use and zoning entitlement processing and development, executing strategies for public and government relations, preparing zoning code standards, and site development planning.
