Sumsion and Boyd L. Park, then separately engaged in the solo practice of law in Springville and Spanish Fork, Utah, respectively, formed a partnership. In 1966, the attorneys moved their offices to Provo, Utah. In 1977, Mark F. Robinson joined the firm as an associate and became a partner in 1979. Thomas W. Seiler, the firm’s senior partner, joined in 1988. In 2004, Jared L. Anderson became a partner in the firm, and in 2005, the firm was reorganized as Robinson, Seiler & Anderson, LC. In 2018, Mark F. Robinson moved to the role of “of counsel”, and Morgan Fife and Derek T. Marshall became partners at the firm, with the name changing to Robinson, Seiler, Anderson & Fife, LC.
