Sandra C. Oswalt

Sandra Oswalt is the founding attorney of Oswalt Law Group, P.C., overseeing the firm’s three offices in the Phoenix area. She practices bankruptcy, criminal defense and personal injury law, and has worked extensively with clients undergoing a difficult financial situation. She has also negotiated debt settlements. Prior to opening Oswalt Law Group, Ms. Oswalt worked as an associate attorney at one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in Arizona. During her time as an associate attorney, Ms. Oswalt was able to help thousands of clients through the bankruptcy process. Ms. Oswalt earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia.
