Sandra C. Oswalt

Sandra Oswalt is the founding attorney of Oswalt Law Group, P.C., overseeing the firm’s three offices in the Phoenix area. She practices bankruptcy, criminal defense and personal injury law, and has worked extensively with clients undergoing a difficult financial situation. She has also negotiated debt settlements. Prior to opening Oswalt Law Group, Ms. Oswalt worked as an associate attorney at one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in Arizona. During her time as an associate attorney, Ms. Oswalt was able to help thousands of clients through the bankruptcy process. Ms. Oswalt earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in Virginia. During law school, she was an Associate Board Member of Alternative Dispute Resolution and involved with the American Bar Association, International Law Society, Business Transactions Law Society and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity. She also worked in the Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, attending daily hearings and assisting in domestic relations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in psychology from Arizona State University, where she was Phi Beta Kapp
