Sam Breslin represents both individual and corporate clients in a variety of white collar and criminal matters, and works to recognize and address both criminal and civil/administrative issues before they arise. Sam represents individuals and corporate entities in investigations and formal prosecutions. He handles civil and criminal fraud investigations on both state and federal levels, with a focus on limiting publicity and long-term consequences whenever possible. Sam has worked on pharmaceutical misbranding investigations, a variety of New York State administrative and licensing proceedings (incl. Department of Labor, State Liquor Authority, Education Department, et al).
