Marcus A. Roland is a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rated* attorney who has practiced law in Kentucky for 24 years. He received his B.A. from Union College, his M.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law. Marcus has practice experience in multiple areas of the law but has spent the largest part of his career handling workers’ compensation claims. Marcus has represented workers’ compensation clients, appeared before workers’ compensation Administrative Law Judges and presented arguments to the Kentucky Workers’ Compensation Board, the Kentucky Court of Appeals and the Kentucky Supreme Court in over 1,000 workers’ compensation matters.
