Robert L. Byer is chair of the Appellate division of Duane Morris' Trial Practice Group. Mr. Byer concentrates his practice in appellate and legal issues litigation. Mr. Byer is a former judge of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and Pennsylvania Court of Judicial Discipline.
