Robert J Hoffman

Robert Hoffman, is an attorney with over twenty-five years experience in family, civil and criminal law. Robert Hoffman has been a resident of Sarasota, Florida for eighteen years. Mr. Hoffman is a graduate of Fordham University and New York Law School. For over nine years, Mr. Hoffman was a trial court law clerk to the judiciary of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Florida which includes Sarasota, Manatee and Desoto Counties. In his position with the Circuit Court, Mr. Hoffman personally researched and wrote thousands of orders for the judiciary on criminal cases from the least serious cases to death penalty cases. Mr. Hoffman was promoted to Child Support Hearing Officer/Magistrate in 2008, where he made rulings on thousands of child support cases and other family court matters. Mr. Hoffman, in addition to being admitted to the Florida Bar, is also admitted to the New York State Bar, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
