R Brady Osborne, Jr. President

In 1971, Ray C. Osborne, “R.C.” to those close to him, answered the request of an influential local family to provide personal advice and legal counsel and brought his young family to Boca Raton. Prior to this relocation, R.C. had played an integral role in the establishment of the modern Republican Party in the State of Florida, which concluded with his service as the Lt. Governor in the first Republican gubernatorial administration in the State of Florida in the 20th century. When R.C. moved to Boca Raton, it was a seasonal village by the sea with a small population of year-round residents. Declining many offers of further public service on a broad scale, R.C. stated that his goal was to focus on the individual and their concerns. To this goal, for the remainder of his life, R.C. remained dedicated to establishing a South Florida law practice that provided unparalleled legal representation and advice to the individuals within the South Florida community, and the institutions and entities they have established.
