John E. Pivach

John Pivach is a partner with the firm where his practice focuses on both litigation and transactional matters. Since joining the firm, John has recovered millions of dollars for his clients and served as lead counsel for several business mergers and acquisitions with a total transaction value in excess of $100 million. John is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts. John lives with his wife, Bonnie, and their five children. John is a member of the Federal Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, and Plaquemines Bar Association. John has volunteered for several Louisiana non-profit organizations, including the Habitat for Humanity, the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for Breast Cancer Awareness and the Greater New Orleans Muscular Dystrophy Association.
