For more than a decade, Steve Hicks represented injured persons in the trial courts, where he handled cases involving motor vehicle accidents, no-fault insurance, premises liability, general negligence, government immunity, employment discrimination, and wrongful discharge claims. Since 2005, Steve has specialized in representing injured persons on appeal, while also assisting other plaintiff’s attorneys on personal injury cases pending before the trial courts. As part of his practice, Steve litigates insurance coverage cases, both at the trial court level and on appeal.
