Nicole M. Conger is an Employee Rights Attorney who represents clients across Texas who are subjected to illegal treatment and discord with their current or former employers. Nicole received her law degree Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2011 where she was an Associate Editor for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Nicole was an active member of the Board of Advocates, and she clerked for the Honorable Emilio M. Garza on the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Nicole’s practice focuses on labor and employment disputes against large and small companies in various Texas and Federal jurisdictions. She has successfully represented employees through the EEOC and litigation processes with claims arising out of the Texas Labor Code, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the Pregnancy Discrimination Act. Nicole brings her passion, eagerness, and enthusiasm for employment law by continuing to personally represent clients with discrimination, retaliation, medical leave interference, work-place harassment, LGBT-Related sexual orientation and gender identity issues, and hostile work environment claims.
