Nelson T. Pena Founder and Head Attorney

Nelson Peña is the founder and manager of The Peña Law Firm. He has been a member of the Florida Bar in good standing for 25 years. Nelson has resided in Florida for over 40 years and has a wealth of knowledge of the diverse ethnicities, political forces, medical communities, juror tendencies, judges, and different court systems that make this region of the country truly unique. He has made it an important part of his practice to incorporate this real-world understanding and fuse it with his legal experience as an effective advocate and seasoned litigator for the benefit of The Peña Law Firm’s clients. Currently, Mr. Peña oversees all aspects of our cases in the pre-suit preparation and insurance negotiation stage.
