While attending evening classes at William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, Mike Minenko served as a law clerk to a Minnesota district court judge in Hennepin County. After graduating law school, Mike practiced law with two different downtown Minneapolis law firms over the course of 14 years. In February of 1996, Mike started his own solo law practice, focusing on representing individuals and businesses in employment, litigation, and business law matters. In February of 1999, Mike and Gene Hoff formed Minenko & Hoff, P.A., where Mike continued his employment law and litigation practice at the same Edina, Minnesota location for 20 years. When the legal career paths of Mike and Gene began to diverge, the two lawyers amicably parted ways and Mike formed Minenko Law, LLC in February of 2019.
