Michelle Lorio St. Martin

Michelle’s practice focuses on drafting wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts/special needs trusts, administration and litigation of successions. She works with clients in the qualification of Medicaid, social security and other governmental benefits, and assists in planning for nursing home or elder care. Before joining the Koch Law Firm, Michelle practiced in civil litigation for over 20 years, concentrating on mass torts, toxic torts, class action defense, and insurance defense representing private entities such as Dow Chemical Co. and Shintech in Plaquemine, Louisiana. She has represented public entities, including Iberville and Lafourche Parishes.
