Prior to joining Herzog Law Firm, Shelly Casserly practiced law at Burke & Casserly, P.C., where she concentrated her practice in Elder Law, including estate planning and trust administration. Before that, she worked for several law firms in Albany, New York, focusing on municipal finance and representing both issuers and underwriters in the issuance of tax-exempt municipal bonds. Her areas of practice include Estate Planning, Elder Law and Estate Administration. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association. In 2016, Shelly co-authored an article entitled, "Helping Clients...
