Michael Stein - Clear Counsel Law Group

Michael Stein  has been practicing law for 25 years and holds an AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell®.  Prior to joining Clear Counsel, he served as corporate counsel for The Siegel Group. There, his practice was concentrated in persona injury claims and commercial and business law with an emphasis in contract and real estate contract drafting, review, and disputes, nancial services litigation, business torts, intellectual property, and other business and contract law matters.  Prior to serving as The Siegel Group’s corporate counsel, Michael was a partner with the law rm of Snell & Wilmer–one of the larges law rms in the western United States–for ten years. His clients included international nancial institutions, owners and buyers of rea estate, profession licensees, corporations and limited liability companies, and entertainers. Michael’s practice was concentrated to litigation.  He handled business, intellectual property, and personal injury claims for his clients.  In 2008, Michael founded Paint the TownSM—an annual one night only pop up ne art gala and auction beneting Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN).
