Michael A. Atter Attorney at Law

Michael A. Atter, J.D., an “A.V.-Preeminent” rated attorney, is a graduate of Florida State University (B.A., Magna Cum Laude, English 1976) and the Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, FL (J.D. 1979). He is a member of the Florida Bar and Federal Bar-Middle District of Florida. Mr. Atter joined the Firm as an Associate in 1981 and has served as the Managing Partner since 1996, where he has overseen the growth of the Firm from two attorneys to its present configuration, encompassing five attorneys and two locations, as well as expanding its areas of practice from personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, and criminal law to include business, estate planning, employment, sports and entertainment, intellectual property, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense
