Melissa Benson Partner

Melissa is a dedicated advocate for justice. She brings to her family law practice an extensive background, having been involved with the Arizona criminal justice system since 2007. She has been a victim advocate, a probation officer and a sex crimes and domestic violence prosecutor. She is certified mediator. Melissa is co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Initiative. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Wesleyan College in 2006. In 2013, Melissa graduated with honors from Arizona Summit Law School, where she served on the law review.
