Mollie McGraw is an experienced litigator having represented New Mexicans in more than thirty criminal and civil jury trials. She has represented individuals in high profile and multi-million dollar cases. McGraw is honored to have argued before the New Mexico Supreme Court to protect the rights of her client and others. In 2007, McGraw was the recipient of the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the New Mexico State Public Defender Department. She is a four-time recipient of the Super Lawyers “Rising Star” Award, having received the award in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
