Manuel J. Fernandez

A true Tampa native, Manuel 'Manny' Fernandez has dedicated himself to the service of Tampans for most of his life. He called Ybor City home before entering the National Guard shortly after completing high school. Having proudly served his country in the Armed Forces, Mr. Fernandez returned to Tampa to further his education at the University of South Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1977 before attending the University of South Texas, College of Law in 1980 where he received his Juris Doctorate.
