Lowrey and Forner Law

Erik founded the firm in December of 1980. Erik has practiced exclusively in civil law litigation since his admittance to the bar. In 1987, Robert R. Marshall, became second attorney in the firm. Richard Filce joined the firm in March of 2002, Shawn M. Lowrey joined the firm in March of 2003. Thomas Fortner began practice with the firm in 2010, expanding the firm's areas to include criminal law in both the Federal and State venues. In May, 2016 Kimberly Joy (Lockley) Miri joined the firm exclusively in Family, Estate and Equity Law. Valerie Moss Andrews joined the firm in November, 2016 as an associate with Tom Fortner.
