Linda Faith Burgos

Linda F. Burgos lived in Lima, Peru for three and one half years as a child until she returned with her family to the United States to live in Illinois. She graduated in 1983 from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois with a B.A. degree in Political Science. In 1987, she graduated with a J.D. degree from the Washington College of Law at the American University in the District of Columbia. Mrs. Burgos founded the law firm, Burgos & Burgos in Montgomery County, Maryland. As a partner at Burgos & Burgos, she focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, workers’ compensation, and criminal litigation. On behalf of the Maryland Hispanic Bar Association, Ms. Burgos organized, and participated in District Court Open Houses, and legal fairs in Maryland to educate the Spanish-speaking community in domestic, criminal, civil, landlord and tenant, and juvenile law.
