Nate attended Utah State University on a University Club Scholarship where he graduated Cum Laude with a BA in Political Science and minors in Animal Science, Agricultural Economics, and Spanish. He received his Juris Doctorate from the J. Rueben Clark School of Law where he was active in and served as vice-president of the Federalist Society. Nate is also fluent in Spanish. Nate practiced law for the firm of Perry, Malmberg, and Perry in Logan, Utah for a short time before accepting an offer to work as a Guardian ad Litem representing abused and neglected chilSten. He left that position in 2006 to open up his own solo practice.
