Attorney Craig Wilkerson, Jr., understands this community in a unique and personal way. After all, he was born and raised in Rock Hill and he attended the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia. He has extensive experience in multiple areas of law, including civil law, criminal law, and domestic law, and is a dedicated and successful civil litigation attorney. After a successful military career, he left the military in 1993 to begin practicing law in Walterboro, S.C. In 2001, he returned home to Rock Hill, S.C. and opened his law firm. Now, Craig prefers to focus his legal efforts on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury law. He believes in helping injured consumers and accident victims in South Carolina during some of their darkest hours. From veteran disability to car accident claims, he stands up for all South Carolina residents who’ve been harmed or injured through negligence. Most of his trial work is in Common Pleas jury trials. He has argued cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and South Carolina Supreme Court. Attorney F. Craig Wilkerson, Jr. is licensed in South Carolina, U.S. District Court, and Georgia (inactive at this time). While in the Marine Corps, he reached the rank of Captain and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and prosecutor.
