She will provide you a roadmap so that you understand the process and see the end in sight. You are informed at all stages so that you can make educated decisions. Her combination of litigation experience, business acumen, negotiation/interpersonal skills, enable her to generate tailored, problem-solving solutions for her clients, at settlements and at trials. In custody and visitation matters, Ms. Moradi will endeavor to create a plan that is best suited for the client and the client’s family. Ms. Moradi works with a variety of clients, including but not limited to venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, salaried employees, business owners, and restaurant and bar owners.
