The best criminal defense lawyers look at the evidence in each case and find the flaws in the State's case. I believe that the best way to do this is to know the law, the science, and the investigatory techniques better than the police and prosecutors do. This is how cases are won. For this reason, I have completed the same DUI training course as Georgia State Patrol Officers do, and am certified in DUI Detection and Standardization Field Sobriety Testing. I have also completed courses in Impaired Driving Chemical Testing and the Intoxilyzers 5000EN and 9000 (the breathalyzer used in Georgia DUI investigations). I graduated from the University of Alabama and attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where I received awards for Outstanding Legal Scholarship, Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Society. I live in Atlanta but love the fact that my criminal defense practice takes me all over the beautiful state of Georgia. In my spare time I like to keep active and enjoy giving back to my community through volunteer work and working with local youth and their parents.
