Ken Tolliver

Prior to obtaining his law degree from the University of Montana, Mr. Tolliver graduated with honors from the University of Washington with a degree in economics. After law school, he worked as a prosecutor in Missoula before joining Sandal, Moses and Cavan. Subsequently Mr. Tolliver joined Charles (“Timer”) Moses in forming Moses, Kampfe and Tolliver, and later he joined Ralph Wright and Joel Guthals in forming Wright, Tolliver and Guthals, where he practiced until 2002. In 2002, he formed Tolliver Law Firm in Billings, MT. As a former member of the Montana Board of Aeronautics, and a licensed pilot, Mr. Tolliver practices broadly in aviation matters and aircraft accident matters. Mr. Tolliver has been active in products liability, medical malpractice, and general tort law, both prosecuting and defending cases with multi-million dollar claims at stake.
