Mr. Ellsworth attended the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, where he was on the Law Review. He graduated in 1993 and was admitted to practice law in Nevada later that same year. He is also admitted to practice law in Arizona. Mr. Ellsworth has extensive experience in general business law, transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, litigation (both jury and bench), and asset protection/trust law. He is one of the founding members of the law firm Ellsworth & Bennion. He is rated as *AV® Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a nationally recognized rating of lawyers, and it is the highest rating in both legal skill and ethics. Mr. Ellsworth is also the recipient of the 2014 “Top Lawyers” award from Desert Companion and the 2013 “Top Lawyers” Award for Best of The Best in Southern Nevada, by Vegas Inc.
