Kayla M. Fajota is an Associate in the firm’s Family Law practice group. Kayla earned her law degree from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. While there, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest score in her Civil Procedure 1 class and served for one year as treasurer of the Student Bar Association. In addition, Kayla served as a Legal Research Assistant for Professor Eric Yamamoto’s Scholars Advocacy Project, where she performed legal research, analysis, and writing for the book “In the Shadow of Korematsu: Democratic Liberties and National Security.”
