K. Daria Szwajkun

K. Daria Szwajkun graduated from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration in Ann Arbor, Michigan with a major in Accounting. From there, she obtained her law degree from Boston University School of Law. During law school she clerked with the US Environmental Protection Agency in Boston. After graduation, she held a positions in a variety of fields such as appellate law with the State of Michigan Appellate Court, taxes with a international accounting firm, litigation, estate planning and general practice. During this time, she handled several immigration matters and realized that this was the field that was the most interesting and rewarding. Wanting to pursue this field exclusively, she established her own law firm. She handles immigration matters only.
