Joshua Wyde handles most aspects of intellectual property law, including litigation, patent and trademark post-grant and opposition proceedings, portfolio analysis, licensing and technology transfer, negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, reviewing/drafting contracts, written opinions, and general advice. He occasionally prosecutes trademarks, registers copyright in works, and participates in domain name UDRP. For patents, he helps with all phases except prosecution (helping obtain a patent for an invention)
