Daytona Beach personal injury lawyer Joshua J. Wagner has been practicing law in Florida for over 11 years. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree and also received his J.D. degree from the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida. Immediately following law school graduation, Mr. Wagner became a prosecutor for the Seventh Judicial Circuit. He was nicknamed “trial dog” for his aggressive litigation style. The State Attorney soon took notice and promoted Mr. Wagner to one of the two positions in Volusia County prosecuting sex crimes. It was during that time that Mr. Wagner honed his trial practice skills.
