Jose Carlos Bofill has practiced family law since 1994. By handling a variety of cases from the simple to complex, he has built a great foundation of experience to serve the public in this ever evolving are of the Law. Mr. Bofill has built his reputation as a seasoned family law attorney equally comfortable sitting in his office listening to his client or handling cases before the Third, Fourth, and Fifth District Courts of Appeal in Florida. He concentrates his practice in sophisticated family law cases, including complex contested divorce litigation, timesharing/visitation disputes, paternity, alimony, domestic violence, equitable distribution of property, child support matters, adoptions and marital and premarital settlement agreements.
