John Peiserich Attorney

He has an active administrative law practice before the Arkansas Oil & Gas Commission and an active permitting and licensing practice before the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. Mr. Peiserich represents production and service companies before the Texas Railroad Commission and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and assists those companies in Texas related compliance matters. Mr. Peiserich has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America since 2010, with expertise in the fields of environmental law and Energy and Natural Resources.  He is an Adjunct Professor of Oil and Gas Law at UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, Little Rock.  He is a frequent speaker on oil and gas and environmental matters including at the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission Annual Meeting.
