Joel A. Rice, a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2001. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from E. J. Ourso College of Business (L.S.U. Baton Rouge) in 2005. He also earned his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the LSU Paul M.
