Jillian Hindo Attorney at Law

Jillian relocated from Michigan to Arizona in 2009 and began working for a consumer bankruptcy firm. She has experience in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, as well as debt negotiation matters. Jillian’s bankruptcy experience allows her to assist clients with a wide range of debtor and creditor issues. In 2013 Jillian entered into the world of private practice and expanded her firm to include the practice areas of estate planning, probate, and business formation. Jillian has assisted her clients with a wide range of issues from simple probate matters to guardian and conservator matters. Jillian graduated from the University of Michigan in 2006 with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She went on to attend Thomas M. Cooley Law School. She is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Jillian was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Jillian has also served as a Mortgage Modification Mediator for the District of Arizona since February 1, 2017.
