What to bring: If you would like, you can bring a list of your major assets (your house, retirement accounts, investments, rental property, etc.), as well as any questions that you want to remember to ask. If you've already started the divorce process, bring any paperwork that you have filed (or that you have received). My goal is to help you make good decisions. I'm always happy just to give people the facts and help them make the decision that's right for them, whether that means getting divorced or not. Every case is unique and depends on the facts.
